CHECK THE DISTANCE. You can check the distance on the following website: www.theaa.com/route-planner/route - Distance from Collection Location to Delivery Location must be 30 miles or less. Distances above 30 miles will incur a surcharge for each mile above 30 miles. You will receive a quote for the surcharge when you place the quote/booking.

- Waiting time at the collection point will be charged as follows: The first 30 minutes upon arrival at the collection point is free and then waiting time after the first 30 minutes will be charged at a rate of £30 per hour pro rata which means 10 minutes waiting time after the first 30 minutes will be £5, 20 minutes after the first 30 minutes will be £10 etc.
- Delivery will be made as soon as possible.
- Waiting time at the delivery point will be charged as follows: The first 30 minutes upon arrival at the delivery point is free and then waiting time after the first 30 minutes will be charged at a rate of £30 per hour pro rata (which means 10 minutes waiting time after the first 30 minutes will be £5, 20 minutes after the first 30 minutes will be £10 etc.)
- London Congestion Charge. There will be an additional charge of £15 if the collection or delivery location is inside the London Congestion zone. You can check if the collection or delivery location is in the congestion zone on the following website: Congestion Charge zone - Transport for London
- The collection and delivery will be executed by one of our delivery partners who have all the relevant insurance policies such as Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance in operation. They give 10% CASHBACK too! (cashback does not apply to congestion charge fee).
